Farewell to Dr. Amy de la Garza

After three years with Evolutionary Healthcare Dr. Amy de la Garza has decided to follow her passion to build her own clinic for substance abuse patients to help them toward recovery.

Anne Wolfer & Blake Luther | Artist | Landscape

Join us on Friday, April 21st for a gallery stroll at Evolutionary Health Care. The gallery will be open form 6-9 pm to celebrate the work of Anne Wolfer and Blake Luther.


Both are artist living in Salt Lake City, Utah. The two painters work in oil paint, and during this particular exhibition will showcase landscapes.
