Dr. Chris Gay and Dr. Carol Osborn have worked together for years to create and develop a new system of concierge medicine. This model helps overcome the frustrations many patients experience in standard healthcare. With concierge medicine, the doctor becomes a partner that helps patients make their own decisions about healthcare.
Evolutionary Healthcare officially opened in late 2006 as a concierge-based practice and has been going strong since. We are proud to be locally owned and managed, bucking the trend of outside companies trying to manage concierge physicians for a profit. Patients enjoy rapid access to doctors by phone, email, and text. Doctors are available 24/7, 365 days a year, and keep a close relationship with their patients.
